Freshly made bread. Genius or madness? Call it what you want, but we did it anyway. Åbros master brewer Lennarth Anemyr took his quality wort of barley malt used for our delicious beer and asked another expert, Mr Murad at Bread & Salt, to bake a bread that no one has tasted yet. A sourdough bread flavored with handmade puree of fresh apricots and lemons. And here it is; the bread and the beer in a wonderfully rustic, natural sweet giant hug of taste, sprinkled with sea salt.
