Åbros master brewer Lennarth Anemyr took his quality wort of barley malt used for our delicious beer and asked another expert, Mr Murad at Bread & Salt, to bake a bread that no one has tasted yet. A sourdough bread flavored with handmade puree of fresh apricots and lemons. And here it is; the bread and the beer in a wonderfully rustic, natural sweet giant hug of taste, sprinkled with sea salt.
